A questionnaire answer is what someone remembered. A TraceLoom record is what the meter read, kept with the bill or the ERP row it came from, and version-stamped when it changes.

Your supplier does not maintain it for you. It falls out of the system they run production on, so it is current on the day you open it, and the same on the day your auditor does.
