● THE PRINCIPLE

Per facility. Never per seat.

Per-seat pricing punishes mills for involving their auditors. Per-document pricing punishes them for being thorough. We charge for the work it takes to keep your facility connected, meters, ERP feeds, utility integrations, and nothing else.

WHAT MILLS ASK · 9

What mills ask
about pricing.

Why per-facility?

Because that's how mills actually scale, one physical site at a time. Per-seat would punish mills for involving their auditors. Per-document would punish them for being thorough.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Implementation support is included with Pro and Enterprise. Starter customers get a guided onboarding workshop.

How long does onboarding take?

Most pilots reach a published profile in 48 hours. Full rollout across all connectors and pillars typically completes in 4–8 weeks, depending on how many data sources we plug in.

What's the minimum term?

Annual on Starter and Pro. Enterprise agreements are typically multi-year with a 90-day out clause. We tailor terms to facility count, regional rollout, and integration scope.

Can I cancel mid-term?

On annual, your subscription runs to the end of the period and renews unless you give 30 days' notice. No clawback on data exports, your DPP exports are yours to keep.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, groups operating five or more facilities move to Enterprise pricing, which is built around your facility count, regional rollout, and integration footprint.

Can I move between tiers mid-year?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose features mid-period.

What if pricing changes?

Existing subscriptions are price-locked through the current term. We give 60 days notice before any change takes effect at renewal.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Profiles stay live for 14 days, then move to read-only. Buyers see a "data refresh pending" badge instead of stale numbers. You never lose data.
